Train Floor

No subscription. No trial. No card.

Every workout, from real coaches.

Coaches post the sessions. You follow the ones worth following, train them free, and log every set.

The TrainFloor home screen, showing a category and a list of workouts posted by coaches
  • Marketplace

    The floor

Coaches post sessions. Filter by category, by format, by the kit you own and by the time you have.

  • Social

    The feed

Follow the ones worth following, save what you will actually do, and answer in the comments underneath.

  • Training

    The log

Sets, reps, weight and rest, a timer that keeps counting after you leave, and graphs that reach back as far as you do.

Every program worth running sits behind a subscription. Every free app hands you an empty log and wishes you luck.

TrainFloor is the third thing.

Browse the floor, not a catalogue.

Every session on it was written by somebody who trains. Filter down to the category you want, the format you like, the kit that is actually in the room, and how long you have today.

Then take it. There is nothing to unlock.

The workouts screen, with a search field, category filters and a list of sessions from six coaches
  • Voice notes

A cue in the coach's own voice, instead of a paragraph you skim.

  • Standings

Post a result and it lands on that workout's board. Turn it off in Settings.

  • One-rep max

Estimated off the Brzycki formula rather than a guess.

  • Leave whenever

Delete the account from inside the app. It takes everything with it.

Seven categories, and the filters to get past them.

Nobody browses a whole marketplace. You browse the corner of it that matches the room you are standing in.

Coaching is the product. The app is not.

Post a session. Keep the people who train it. Answer them in the comments under it.

There is no fee to post and no cut taken, because nothing on the floor is sold. If that ever changes, the coaches on it hear first.
